Visual-Spatial Identifier
This Identifier consists of fifteen items and
should take about ten minutes to complete.

Below are four versions of the Identifier. The first two are in English; the last two are in Spanish. There is a "Self Report" form and an "Observer Report" form in each language. The student could fill out the "Self Report," and an adult who has good knowledge of the student's learning behaviors could fill out the "Observer Report." Please answer all questions.

The Identifier has been validated for use with boys and girls, ages 9-13, Hispanic and white. Further studies are planned to expand the parameters of age and ethnicity.

SCORING AND INTERPRETATION

For scoring and interpretation of your Identifier, please provide the following so a report with your results can be sent to you:
